Zenthai Shiatsu Massage - 60 Minute

Zenthai Shiatsu is a bodywork modality infused with loving, intentional touch. Brought to life by Gwyn Williams, Zenthai Shiatsu is a fusion of Thai Massage, Osteopathic techniques and Zen Shiatsu Acupressure, blended together to create an incredible dance of floor based bodywork.

The magic of Zenthai lies in the mindful, loving awareness within the techniques that work into the physical, emotional and energetic layers of the body. An experience of being deeply held, the practice offers healing through deep relaxation, working into tender parts of the body without disrupting the balanced state of soft relaxation.

You can expect these sessions to begin with a discussion on what parts of the body, mind or soul need tending to. Followed by a tailored, intuitive and deeply restorative bodywork session. Closing with a shared tea and reflection on supportive practices to nurture you from beyond the Zenthai mat.

A private yoga class for small groups. Whether you’re looking for corporate bonding, extra support on a retreat or a hens party, Emily can enhance the occasion through a variety of yoga offerings. Ranging from a dynamic vinyasa flow, playing with arm balances or handstands, to a gentle and fluid slow flow or a deeply restorative yin class with hands on assists. Emily can tailor the practice to suit your desired needs.
